How the workshop works...

  • Caitlin will give a training on the four steps to intuitive eating so you can get started on your food freedom & body confidence journey RIGHT AWAY!
  • You will then have the opportunity to be coached by Caitlin on your personal struggles - so come prepared with your questions!
  • The workshop will last anywhere from 60-90 minutes.
  • A recording will be sent to listen to it again, or listen for the first time if you couldn't make it live.
